To add products:
You can only add products if they are visible in the Quick Add section. Adding products from here will ensure they remain part of your existing subscription and stay on the same cadence.
If you don’t see the desired product in the Quick Add section, you can click Shop All to explore additional products. Adding products from this section will start a new, separate subscription with a different cadence. This is normal, and we’re working on creating a smoother experience to minimize confusion in the future.
To Remove a Product:
Log into your Account and scroll to the "Upcoming" section.
Click the three dots next to the product you want to remove.
Select Remove Item and follow the prompts to confirm.
Your update will be saved for your next shipment.

To Skip or Unskip a Delivery:
Log into your Account and head to the "My Ritual" tab.
In the "Upcoming" section, find the product you want to skip or unskip.
Click the three dots to open the menu, then select:
Skip Delivery to remove it from the next order
Undo Skip Delivery to re-add it
Click Save and Update Subscription to confirm changes.
You’ll see a confirmation banner once the update is complete.
