How do I Skip or Unskip an item in my delivery?

Learn how to effortlessly skip or unskip a delivery for any product within your bundle with our quick guide.

  1. Log in to your Account at account.ritual.com

  2. From your dashboard, select the ‘Subscription(s)’ tab towards the top of the screen.

  3. If you have a single subscription, scroll down to the product in your upcoming order that you wish to Skip or Unskip

    • Select ‘Skip Next Delivery’ to remove it from the next order.

    • If you previously skipped a product and want to unskip it, select ‘Add Back to Next Delivery’ to add it back to your next order.

  4. If you have multiple subscriptions, find the subscription you wish to update on your ‘Subscriptions’ view and select the button that says ‘Edit Subscription’. From there, you will be taken to the edit subscription page for that selected subscription, where you can scroll down to the product in your upcoming order that you wish to Skip or Unskip

    • Select ‘Skip Next Delivery’ to remove it from the next order.

    • If you previously skipped a product and want to unskip it, select ‘Add Back to Next Delivery’ to add it back to your next order.

  5. Click Save and Update Subscription to confirm changes.
