Ritual products may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed.
Please note:
• HSA/FSA cards cannot be added as a payment method to active subscriptions.
• HSA/FSA is not available as a payment option at checkout.
Important: Products That Do NOT Require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
Essential Prenatal and Essential Postnatal are eligible for reimbursement without a Letter of Medical Necessity.
All other eligible products may require an LMN, depending on your HSA/FSA administrator.
How the Truemed reimbursement process works:
Add eligible products to your cart and complete checkout using your regular credit or debit card.
On your Order Confirmation page, select the HSA/FSA reimbursement option.
Truemed will review your order and determine whether an LMN is required.
If approved, submit the provided documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
What if I have an existing subscription?
If you previously received an LMN through Truemed, you may manually submit your receipt for reimbursement:
• Log into your Account Page
• Click “Order History”
• Download your receipt
• Submit your receipt along with your LMN (if required)
Please note: Submitting a receipt without a required LMN may result in reimbursement denial.
