How do I remove a product from my subscription?

To Remove a Product:

  1. Log in to your Account at account.ritual.com

  2. From your dashboard, select the ‘Subscription(s)’ tab towards the top of the screen.

  3. If you have a single subscription, scroll down to the product that you wish to remove in your upcoming order and select the link that says ‘Remove Product’.

  4. If you have multiple subscriptions, find the subscription you wish to update on your ‘Subscriptions’ view and select the button that says ‘Edit Subscription’. From there, you will be taken to the edit subscription page for that selected subscription, where you can then scroll down to the product in your upcoming order that you wish to remove and select the link that says ‘Remove Product’.

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm.

  6. Your update will be saved for your next shipment.
