How to Switch Subscription Products

To switch to a new item, start by adding the new item to your subscription:
​

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Add the new product to your cart.

  3. Select Checkout.

  4. On the next page, you can choose whether you’d like the item to ship ASAP or with your next subscription order.

  5. Select the subscription you’d like to add the item to.

  6. Click Add to Subscription at the bottom of your cart.


Next remove the old item from your subscription by following these steps:

  1. From your dashboard, select the ‘Subscription(s)’ tab towards the top of the screen.

  2. Click Edit Subscription.

  3. Find the product(s) you want to unsubscribe from and click the Unsubscribe button.

  4. Choose your unsubscribe reason, then click Next.

  5. Follow the prompts, then click Unsubscribe.
