Additionally, a lot number is also printed on the bottom of the bottle. In some cases, the expiration date and lot number may also be found on the side of the bottle or packaging. These details are typically labeled as "Lot Code" (a combination of letters and numbers) and "Expiration Date" (marked as "EXP" or "Best by").

Most Ritual products have a total shelf life of approximately 12 months from the date of manufacture. However, the remaining shelf life at the time of delivery typically ranges from 2 to 6 months, depending on the product formulation. For example, products containing omega-3 DHA oil may have a shorter effective shelf life than those with only dry ingredients.
Expiration dates may vary between products and production lots, so customers may receive bottles with different expiration dates, whether within the same order or across separate orders. This is expected and does not indicate an issue with product quality.
If the bottle is unavailable, you can skip providing the lot number and expiration date. Ritual’s support team can assist you further without this information. When requested, share the lot number and expiration date by locating the details on the bottle or packaging, taking a clear photo if possible, and sending the details via your existing email thread or message channel.
Please note: Because Ritual products have relatively shorter shelf lives than some supplements, we recommend purchasing only the amount you expect to use before the printed expiration date.
