If an order has already been processed, we are unable to edit or cancel it.

We recommend making any subscription updates at least 24 hours before your order processing date.

You can change your upcoming order date right from your Account Page. Just click the blue link that says "Change Delivery Date." If you have an order that's currently processing, click "Order History" to make that update.
