First-Time Orders (Happiness Guarantee)

We want you to love your Ritual! If you’re not satisfied with your first order, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by providing proof of purchase. This applies whether you’re a new customer or a current subscriber trying a new product for the first time.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available for your first order of a product within 30 days of purchase.

  • Online returns are not accepted.

  • Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for tax refunds.

  • Refunds requested outside of the 30-day window are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.


Recurring Orders

Subscriptions renew automatically, but we do not issue refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped (unless it's your first order under the Happiness Guarantee).

If you'd like to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription:

  • Log into your Account Page

  • Select “Change Delivery Date” or “Cancel Subscription”

  • Be sure to make updates at least 24 hours before your next order is set to process
