You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Page—no email needed. Just follow the steps below:
Log in to your Account at account.ritual.com
Click the person icon in the top right corner of the account page (to the left of the shopping cart icon)
Select ‘Profile’ in the drop-down menu (the option right under ‘My Ritual’)
If it says ‘Manage Account’ at the top of the page, you’re in the right place!
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the button that says “Edit or Cancel Subscription."
Follow the prompts to confirm

1. Log into your Account.
2. Click on "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Edit Subscription" section. Click on the white button that says "Edit or Cancel Subscription."
4. Click on the cancellation reason that best reflects your need to cancel.
5. If you'd rather delay your next shipment, you can do so on this page. Otherwise, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to continue.
6. You're all set! A new page will automatically pop up, confirming that you've canceled your subscription.
