You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Page—no email needed. Just follow the steps below:
1. Log in at account.ritual.com
2. From your dashboard, click the “Subscription(s)” tab at the top of the screen
• If you have a single subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Cancel Subscription” link under the "Snooze your order" button.
• If you have multiple subscriptions, find the one you'd like to cancel and click “Edit Subscription.” On the next page, scroll to the bottom and click the blue “Cancel Subscription” link under the "Snooze your order" button.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
