You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Page—no email needed. Just follow the steps below:
Log in to your Account at account.ritual.com
Select the ‘Subscription(s)’ tab from your dashboard towards the top of the screen.
If you have a single subscription, scroll to the bottom of your ‘Subscription’ view and select the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
If you have multiple subscriptions, find the subscription you wish to cancel on your ‘Subscriptions’ view and select the button that says ‘Edit Subscription.’ From there, you will be taken to the edit subscription page for the selected subscription. Scroll down to the bottom of this view and select the button that says ‘Cancel Subscription.’
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of the selected subscription.
