First Time Orders (Happiness Guarantee):
Our goal is to ensure you are happy and have the best experience possible with us. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by providing proof of purchase. Refunds are only available for your first order within this 30-day window. Subscription payments are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.
Please note:
1. This happiness guarantee applies whether you are a new customer making your first purchase or an existing subscriber ordering a new product.
2. If you are outside of our 30-day happiness guarantee, refunds are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
3. We do not accept any online returns.
4. For orders shipped to Canada, taxes are non-refundable.
Recurring Orders:
To cancel or adjust your subscription, please make updates at least 24 hours before your order processing date. We do not issue refunds for orders that are processed or have shipped (unless it is your first order per our happiness guarantee; see above).
