Our stringent requirements narrowed the field to a select few suppliers that shared our approach and values. The primary minimum requirements for a quality ingredient are identity, purity, potency, and safety: the ingredient has to be what it says it is, in the purity it says it is, in a useable form that complies with regulations for microbial and heavy metal regulations and complies with our industry-leading Code of Conduct. Ritual's Code of Conduct outlines 22 detailed requirements for our suppliers to work with Ritual, including anti-corruption requirements, human rights monitoring, environmental compliance, traceability record keeping, and anti-harassment/racism provisions.
