Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes—it ships quickly and arrives on time!
To avoid unwanted shipments, we recommend making any updates to your subscription at least 24 hours before your next order is set to process.
You can manage your subscription anytime from your Account Page:
To change your next order delivery date, click the ‘Reschedule’ link towards the top of the page within your edit subscription view.
If an order is already processing, select the ‘Order History’ tab towards the top of the screen to view its status
