Essential Postnatal is formulated with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Zinc, which aren’t in Essential Prenatal. It’s also aligned with the lower Recommended Daily Allowance for Iron in lactating women with 8 mg per serving, as well as their higher Recommended Daily Allowance with 200 mcg of Iodine per serving. Lastly, Essential Postnatal is formulated with 10 mg of Vitamin E and 10 mcg of Vitamin B12 per serving.*
