We understand darkened beadlets can be concerning, but the product is safe to continue taking. Each lot undergoes thorough testing to ensure that the quality and safety of the multivitamin aren’t affected. Some breakage of the beadlets during the manufacturing process is normal and expected. If breakage occurs during manufacturing, it can appear black because of some of the darker-colored raw materials, but we try to remove broken beadlets during our multiple inspection points throughout this process. If you happen to come across a broken beadlet, know that this does not mean they have gone bad, nor should it affect the quality, safety, or delivery of the multivitamin!
